Welcome to The Deadlift Bootcamp.
You’ve joined the first run of the 8-week challenge. Follow the steps below so I can get you set up properly, review your deadlift, and start building your plan.
I’ll review your information, check your videos, and keep you right from there. The more detail you give me now, the better I can coach you through the next 8 weeks.

Once your form is done, message me on WhatsApp to confirm you’re in and send a recent deadlift video. Side angle is best. A front or diagonal angle helps too. Use a normal working set, not a reckless max.
If you don’t have videos yet, don’t stress. Message me first, then send them the next time you deadlift.
